KLUCKHOHN, Clyde

Cultural anthropologist, best known for his studies of Navaho Indians and for his contribution to the development of a theory of culture. This is inclusive of  how each of the following is understood: human nature, social structure, attitude to the environment, sense of time and behavioural priorities. He throws direct light on how values develop in contemporary society.
